Project Overview
Lion's Head Mumurwi Resort is a conservancy and eco-tourism destination located along Shamva Road, Zimbabwe. The objective of the project was to establish a modern digital presence that showcases the resort's unique blend of nature, culture, adventure, and conservation while providing visitors with an intuitive way to explore experiences, accommodation packages, events, and heritage attractions.
The website was designed with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, user experience, and performance. Through immersive imagery, clear navigation, and strategically placed calls-to-action, the platform enables prospective visitors to discover the resort's offerings and easily plan their visit.
Our Approach
Without an existing website, Lion's Head Mumurwi had limited digital visibility and no central platform for presenting its offerings online. The challenge was to transform a diverse range of experiences—including bush braai experiences, quad biking, fishing, canoeing, hiking, paintball, conservation initiatives, and event packages—into a cohesive and engaging digital experience.
The website also needed to reflect the resort's conservation values, cultural heritage, and commitment to sustainable tourism while remaining simple to navigate and manage.
The Result
The completed website provides Lion's Head Mumurwi Resort with its first professional online presence, enabling the organisation to showcase its unique tourism experiences, conservation initiatives, and event offerings to a wider audience.
The platform now serves as a central marketing and information hub, strengthening the resort's brand, improving discoverability online, and providing visitors with a seamless way to learn about the destination and plan their visit.
